JFK Terror Plot Larger Than First Detailed

Has anyone else noticed a distinct lack of coverage on JFK terrorist story? According to Sean Hannity, the day after this story broke, the New York Times put an article about it on page 37 (page 37!) because apparently the story about bricklayers from India (their front page story) was much more engrossing. Sheesh. These guys were trying to cause more destruction with this plot than the terrorists had on 9-11, and not a reporter in the liberal media seems to care. Grrh…

But back to the main point of this blog, which is a story released by the AP saying that “the investigation into the thwarted plot to bomb Kennedy International Airport is widening beyond the four men in custody, with more suspects sought outside the U.S.” This is still in the preliminary stages of investigation (they’re not positive that there are more people involved or not) but I personally would not be surprised if there were. When you trying to blow up a large airport like JFK, you need more support than a couple of guys who have never personally been involved in a terrorist plot before to make the plan succeed.

Isn’t it nice to know, that while thinking about all of these guys who are conspiring to kill us, that we have a presidential candidate wandering about the country, saying that there is no war on terror, and that it is simply a bumper sticker? Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Not.
